During 2007 Nigel worked with a number of staff within the School of Nursing and Midwifery at Keele; specifically to support them to view changes within their roles positively and facilitate them to reflect on their talents, experience and aspirations to plan their future career and personal development.

Nigel has delivered three Intensive Offending Behaviour Programmes alongside Youth Offending Staff and the ISSP in full.
Nigel received positive acclaim from both staff and young offenders. Indeed following an initial contract of 20 sessions, the Programme worked so well that I asked him to return and deliver a further 30 group sessions across the North and South of the County.
I have found Nigel conscientious, professional and dedicated. His desire to facilitate change and increase skills for others is always apparent. Indeed, the opportunity for Nigel to have future involvement in Service delivery continues.
